Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bob account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the product is securely cushioned for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
